Accepted formats: PNG and JPG. Minimum 300 DPI at the final print size is strongly recommended for best quality.
If you are submitting multiple print orders, please list in your email which artwork file goes to which product type, size, and quantity.

Payment Policy: Production, fulfillment, and shipment of this order will commence only upon receipt of payment.

Final Sale: All transactions are final. No cancellations, refunds, returns, or product exchanges will be accepted once payment is processed.

Shipping and Delivery: Estimated shipping timelines begin from the payment date. Delivery windows vary by order and will be confirmed at the time of invoicing. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping is invoiced separately once your order is complete. Your exact shipping cost will be confirmed before payment is due.

All turnaround times are estimated from the date payment is received.

20 to 60 units: 3 to 5 business days

60 to 80 units: 5 to 7 business days

100 units: 7 to 10 business days

200 units: timeline confirmed individually at the time of invoicing

Over 200 units: timeline confirmed individually at the time of invoicing

If your order has a deadline, include your needed ship date in the Additional Notes section and I will confirm availability before sending your invoice.
A rush fee of 15% of your order total applies. Expedited orders are prioritized in the production queue and typically ship within 2 to 3 business days for orders under 40 units, or 4 to 5 business days for orders of 40 to 80 units. Expedited production is not guaranteed for orders over 100 units and is subject to current workload.
